Store it for up to 25 years unopened*, and one year when you've opened the package.

Directions:

1. Open pouch and remove oxygen absorber.
2. Whisk contents of pouch into 7 cups water.
3. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
4. Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Remove from heat and let stand 5 to 6 minutes. 

Total weight is 3 pounds. The box measurements are 7 1/2 x 6 1/2 x 9 inches.
